Entrance is via the pool terrace onto the airy and beautifully furnished lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area. There are comfortable sofas as well as satellite TV (free channels), dining table for 10. The brand new kitchen is fully equipper with 4 cooking rings, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine. On this floor there are also a lovely master bedroom suite (satellite TV) with its own shower room and a family bathroom with bathtub.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) and a family bathroom with bathtub.
On the upper floor there is another large double bedroom (satellite TV) with en-suite bathroom with shower as well as one of the most attractive features of Villa Jewel: a great outdoor terrace, This terrace provides stunning views over the blue Ionian Sea and is provided with brick-built barbecue, sink, fridge and dining table for perfect al-fresco dinners.
The outdoor areas of Villa Jewel have been designed to offer the maximum comfort to the guests and to impress. The private swimming pool measures 8.5m x 4.5m (depth between 1m and 1.7m), access is via Roman Steps and is surrounded by a paved sun terrace with 10 comfortable sunbeds as well as shades for the hottest hours of the day. The pool is beautifully lit at night. The extensive gardens with lawn, flowers and local trees are the perfect spot to relax or play, or enjoy a delicious charcoal-grilled meal (the villa is provided with 2 barbecue, one in the garden and one on the upper terrace).
Free private parking for up to 4 cars is available on the premises. The friendly owner, Mr Kostas, also owns a little boat (6 pax) and will be happy to take the guests of the villa to some of the most beautiful nearby bays (for a small charge, details can be agreed locally).
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.
