Please note, this villa sits within a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 108cm wide alongside 11steps. The front door has a width of 95cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is made up of crazy paving, so can be uneven in places. The BBQ area is on a slight incline, whilst there is 1 step up to the seating area. There are steps down from the shaded dining area to the poolside.The pool itself has ladderaccess. As can be seen in the images, the exteriors do feature a number of steps. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 15 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door is 83cm wide and the bathroom door is 63cm wide.
