When you open the big wooden door gate and step your foot inside, then you are sure that you are staying somewhere extraordinary, somewhere with absolute comfort, elegance and style.
It is a unique villa where you can lounge and relax away from it all, in one of the most private locations on the island, despite the fact that it is located just 1 klm away from the cosmopolitan marina of Vourkari and 3 klm away from the port. Set on the top of a hill, on a 5000 sq.m. land, it enjoys breathtaking sunset views over Vourkari and the grand blue, and lies only a 10 minute-walk away from a little sandy cove, one of the best beaches on the island, in my opinion.
The villa covers a total area of 350 sq.m and is suitable for up to 13 guests. Besides the main unit, it also features a totally independent guest house. The main house consists of a spacious living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and four bedrooms. The bedrooms are spacious, face the sea and enjoy spectacular views, and all of them have balconies or terraces. It goes without saying that all four have en suite bathrooms and are air-conditioned . The guest house, situated on the ground level with outdoor entrance, comprises two comfortable bedrooms which share a common bathroom. Next to the guest house another fully equipped kitchen is dedicated to its guests. The guest house and the kitchen are totally independent and can be rented solely.
The interior of the property is extremely refined. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, the style, the design and function is very consistent and harmonious. High ceilings, plentiful windows and generously spacious bedrooms and bathrooms create a comfortable, pleasant environment that adds to the dramatic views of the Aegean, offered from every corner of the villa.
Nature inspired the decor accessories with plenty of handmade crafts. Exotic furniture made of bamboo, rattan, leather and dark wood add the ethnic flavor to the interior decoration and make the villa feel cozy, luxurious and timeless, without compromising the needs of a contemporary house with all modern amenities.
The villa's exterior is just as unique as its interior. A kiosk protects the big wooden outdoor table and the built-in BBQ from the desires of the northern wind called “ Meltemi”. A huge sunbathing bed facing the sunset together with a windproof cozy siting area will become the epicenter of your holidays. A lush Mediterranean garden with plenty of olive trees, loads of aromatic plants, like oregano and levanter and a plethora of indigenous plants surround the house and the verandas completing the scenery of a dream vacation.
