A full kitchen, L shaped lounge/dining, a large bathroom, an even larger laundry with washer and dryer and a billiard/games room with the queen sofa bed and a games/reading corner or play a game of billiards on the full size billiard table. Outside enjoy a bbq, firepit, hammock and the serenity of country living or visit Gumbuya World, watch the cows being milked at Calddermeade Farm or visit Phillip Island Chocolate factory and Amaze n Things. On dusk you can pay a visit to the Phillip Island Fairy Penguin's. Please book ahead as they often book out early.
