Our lovely Shoalwater house is within easy walking distance of the beautiful beaches of Shoalwater and Safety Bay. You can also walk to shops, restaurants and cafes.
Park your car (and boat or caravan) under the double carport, unpack your gear and relax.

Our house is fully furnished and can sleep 8 people.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and built in robes.
Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed and built in robes.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single bunks and can sleep 4.
The main living area is tastefully decorated with a dining suite, 2 x 3-seater lounges, TV and a DVD player.
There is also a second room where the kids can watch TV/DVDs, play games or read. The kids may prefer to go to the study where a table is set up for them to draw or read.
A large spa bath in the bathroom is a perfect place to unwind or you may wish to relax on the front or back verandahs.
There is an additional shower and separate toilet under the main roof accessible from outside. Perfect for when you come home from the beach.
The secure back yard is great for children to play in and you can store your bikes, surfboards, boogie boards etc there.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Nespresso Coffee machine with milk frother. We ask that you please bring your own coffee pods but we do have a small supply available for a small fee.
There is an air conditioner in the main living/dining room/kitchen, pedestal fans in the 2 main bedrooms and a Vornado fan in the 3rd bedroom. The house has high ceilings and is well insulated.
Please note: we regret we are unable to accept bookings for school leavers.

We invite you to enjoy your time at our place in beautiful Shoalwater but ask that you do not bring your pets and do not smoke indoors.
