Sea-Forever on Gretel is a newly renovated 2 storey beach house, with sea frontage on a quiet street. It has a huge upstairs deck designed to capture the most amazing views of the ocean by day and stunning sunsets by evening. Just relax to the sound of the waves or walk for miles on the quiet beaches. There is also swimming, fishing, surfing, bike tracks or crabbing at your doorstep. Every room has amazing views of the ocean.
Bedroom 1 is upstairs,with a queen bed, ensuite, clothes hanging area, luggage stands, bedside cupboards with lamps and USB plugs. It also has its own balcony with table and chairs.
Bedroom 2 is downstairs with a queen bed, clothes hanging cupboard, luggage stands, bedside cupboards with lamps and USB plugs.
Bedroom 3 has a trio bunk bed with a double bed and a single bunk, luggage stand, bedside cupboard with lamp and USB plugs. Also has a school desk, with a chair and children's drawing equipment and books.
Upstairs Kitchen has a good size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooktop, 3in1 microwave with an air-fryer and convection oven in 1, pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, sandwich maker and lots of glassware, crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. Great size bench with 4 stools in the kitchen also a small table with 4 chairs in the living dining area. Comfortable lounge for 5 with a lamp table and coffee table. There is 60inch smart TV with surround sound. Walk through the sliding doors that open out onto a large deck that has modern cement furniture, chairs, weber BBQ and views to die for.
Downstairs there is a second lounge/sunroom with an indoor/outdoor dining lounge suite, a 56-inch smart TV with surround sound. This space is ideal for children. There is a handy storage area under stairs for eskies and outdoor equipment. A good size bathroom with an open shower. There is a laundry with washing machine, trough and ironing facilities. There is also a good size outside washing line with pegs and clothes basket.
The front yard is unfenced and has a lawn area and an outdoor area under the deck which has a hammock (no more than 90kgs) and a small drinks table stored in the sunroom. There is a side path that leads to the gate into the back totally fenced court yard. This area has a wooden outdoor setting, 2 sun lounges and a hot outdoor shower.
Parking areas are the limestone in front of the lawn or the driveway. Also plenty of street parking.
