Positive: We recently stayed at Nona’s studio, and while the location was excellent. The management communicated well and offered support for our issues and concerns (offering a 30% refund).

Negative: There were several issues that affected our experience. We encountered mould, a cockroach in the sink, and dirty bedsheets upon arrival. The management communicated well and offered a 30% refund, but despite their promise to send a cleaning team, this never happened. Additionally, it's worth noting that the apartment is located right outside a school, which made mornings quite loud. Overall, while I appreciated the good communication and refund offer, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment.
