At the end of a quiet lane, Villa is within a private gated development which it shares with the adjoining villa and another large villa and small guest house. Their view is fantastic, towards Corfu town, across the sea to the mountains on the mainland and through the central part of the island. Located just a few minutes drive from the well-known marina at Gouvia and conveniently situated for airport access.
All of the major construction work has been completed to a very high standard and strong retaining walls surround the plot. The finishings are top quality throughout - marble tiles, modern kitchen and top of the range bathroom and shower fittings.
On the ground floor is a large living room with floor to ceiling windows looking out over the pool and to the view. The kitchen is open plan, but slightly separated from the main living area and has been decorated in shades of red, black and white.
A staircase leads up to three spacious double bedrooms, each with its own balcony and en suite bath or shower room.
The garden surrounding the property is relatively flat and a large tiled swimming pool occupies the ground furthest away from the neighbour for maximum privacy.
