Positive: Almost everything was new inside the apartment, you'll have everything you need. It's a very private location, you can park your car next to the terrace on a very spacious backyard. Hosts are very, very friendly. Bathroom is very big, hard to find some place with more space in there, it's equipped as well, there is also a first aid kit inside. In general, apartment is big. A kitchen has everything you need as well, so you don't have to bring anything, there are even oils and spices and we've had 6-pack water and Cola with some snacks as a welcome package. Sound insulation is great, there are PVC windows/doors and every single one is covered by closable mosquito net. There are even two vacuum cleaners, modern washing machine and no one enters the apartment during your stay, you clean it on your own. A lot of plants are around the house. All in all, it's the perfect place for your vacation.

Negative: I didn't like the fact that ants have found the way to enter the kitchen. There were many of them, they could enter by a small gap under the entrance door (at least I suspect), we were removing them on regular basis. Also the internet was a bit slow and buggy, but still usable. Those things were not deal-breaking for us and I have to give a maximum grade regardless, because the place definitely deserves it.
