Beautiful four bedroom, Hampton style home in quiet cul de sac. Located a nice stroll to Ocean Grove main shops, Madeley Street Pizza and a few minutes drive to Ocean Grove main beach.
The Space:
Hampton Grove is laid out over two levels, with 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms in total.
Downstairs consists of main entry and foyer. Off to the left you have the garage and on right you have guest bedroom with ensuite. Just after this on the right you have laundry. The hallway then leads into the main living area at rear of home with open plan living/dining and kitchen.
Heading upstairs, at the top you have second living area and then off to left you have 2 bedrooms (one with bunks and another with Queen) and powder room in between them. Heading to the right of stairs and back towards front of house you have the main bathroom and then at end of hall and front of house is the Master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe.
The amazing Kitchen at Hampton Grove includes double ovens, large island bench, butler's pantry, gas hotplates, microwave, dishwasher and an extensive range of crockery, cutlery, serving platters, glasses etc to cater for the most creative cook. The laundry includes washing machine, and dryer.
Outdoors there is fenced yard with BBQ and outdoor furniture – a great space to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, whilst only a short distance from the beach and all the action in Ocean Grove.
There is garage access with plenty of room for golf clubs, surf boards and canoe for river play.

Lonsdale, Queenscliff, Portarlington, St. Leonards, Red Brick Cider House, Geelong Adventure Park, Bellarine Wineries, Olive Groves and one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. Few minutes drive to the Barwon River for water sports, fishing, golfing and bird watching. A great property to explore the Bellarine Peninsula.
