Honestly those are just some the luxuries of staying in our brand new designer home, space for the whole family to enjoy the true essence of a luxury coastal getaway.
Location is perfect for walking to beaches & shops, catch a wave - true opulence on all levels and fun for all the family. Sleeps a family of 12
Set over three spacious living quarters, VILLA BOND offers five (5) bedrooms all with ensuite or powder room.
The panoramic views from the top floor offer the master retreat an incredible experience of privacy and luxury for the big kids (boss of the family) to enjoy!
With a parents lounge, walk in robe and master ensuite to die for plus views over front and back vistas of the back beach coastal landscape. All to yourself!
The main level offers open plan, living dining and entertainers dream kitchen with gas appliances and butlers pantry.
Leading off the vast living areas is the outside dining area with Weber bbq and close location to the pool and gas heated spa for all year use.
If it’s chilly light either the open wood fire or the fire pit, toast some marshmallows and enjoy a Portsea Pinot (or two) on our back grassed private backyard.
Across the front of the Villa, down the hall is two more bedrooms, one queen master with ensuite and a double bunk room with designated ensuite.
Then there is the ground floor with the 12 seater cinema room, another two master bedrooms, one with full ensuite and other with powder room/toilet.

No Parties or excessive noise levels after 9 pm. - Vacate premises & Loss of Bond will occur. Smoking inside the home. - A fee of $1250 will be charged and loss of bond
Pets unless specified for the holiday house and the pet charges paid in advance $50 per animal. No Camping, caravans, or motor homes Fires within the property boundary. Moving or rearranging furniture. A set fee of $250 pls any extra charges for damages will apply
You may be asked to vacate the premises terminating your stay if any of these policies are not followed.
