This well loved and nicely presented property accomodates 6-7 people,with 3 good sized bedrooms,two twins bedded rooms and one double with their own a/c.
The Villa has 2 seperate bathrooms with W/C,washbasin and showers.One of the bathrooms accomodates the electric washing machine.From the bedroom area,the house opens into the large open plan lounge,dining and kitchen areas.Housed in the lounge area is the full sized extra bed.The well stocked kitchen looks on to the large light lounge area with sofas and satellite TV/DVD/CD-Player. Also large dining table and chairs. The lounge french windows lead on to the large outside veranda skirting the front of the house. Here is a very pleasant covered sitting area and dining area with large table and chairs.At the side of the kitchen is an outside door leading on to the veranda and BBQ area.The house has a beautifully maintaned garden area enclosed by fence and gate with enclosed parking area and outside shower.
Villa Valentina is stratigically situated for the beautiful beach 500m away with tavernas tourist shops sunbed and boat hire facilities.It is also near to the local horse riding centre.A ten minute drive up the mountain from the house is Old Peritheia an amazing old mountain village now a heritage centre with traditionally rebuilt tavernas, old churches and wonderful walks.Less than 10 minutes drive south on coast road is the harbour village of Kassiopi, with many shops and restaurants and a further 10 minutes drive north reaches the large town of Acharavi where all facilities can be found, including bank and ATM facilities.Corfu Town is only 45 klm away.Villa Valentina offers a quiet location near to the sea and within easy access of this beautiful North Coast.
