This luxurious villa is situated in the area Kastania , Corfu , just five kilometers away from Corfu town . It offers a great variety of facilities indoors and outdoors . The garden in front of the house overlooks the sea , the Old Fortress and north Corfu . There is a swimming pool of 90 square meters ( including a swimming pool suitable for children ) , barbeque area and a lot of space in the shade for relaxation , enjoying the view ! The garden is taken care of excellently , providing numerous kinds of trees and flowers . The garden in the back of the house offers 2,5 acres of lush nature , full of olive trees , flowers and complete privacy . Of course there is ample parking space and space which children can enjoy playing . The interior of the house offers 240 square meters of pleasure and comfort ! On the ground floor , there is the kitchen , which is fully equipped and leads us to the front garden , so that someone can enjoy their breakfast , lunch , dinner by the pool . On the ground floor we will find the living room and dining area , which are all surrounded by large windows and stunning view . There is also a bathroom on the ground floor . On the first floor , (where we are led by stairs or elevator ) , we will find three bedrooms , two bathrooms and ample wardrobe space in a separate room . The master bedroom offers the bathroom in the room . All of the rooms have windows which overlook the garden and the swimming pool and the interior balcony on the first floor overlooks the living room and dining area . The villa is fully protected by an alarm system and sound proof windows . In the basement , we will find 70 additional square meters with protected parking space and laundry area , equipped with a washing machine and dryer . We should also mention that the whole villa is equipped with central heating and airconditioning system , ( Fan Coil ) all year round .
