To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide alongside 12steps, 6 from the parking area and a further 6 to the front door. The front door has a width of 80cm, which is also the door to the terrace. There are 6 steps down to the poolside. The pool area is flat. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has stepaccess. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 78cm, whilst the bathroomdoor is also78cm.
