The 4-5 bedroom-villa Kommeno Bay 1, consists of 2 double
bedrooms on the 100qm top floor, each one with own bathroom and a kitchenett on the corridor (very usefull when you use the
huge veranda enjoying the panoramic sea view to the marina of Gouvia and Corfu city).
The 200qm middle floor, consists of 2 twin (or tripple) bedrooms with new Coco Mat quality beds
with own bathrooms, the huge living room-dining room, the separated full equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher and the
poolside veranda with the BBQ and direct access to the pool, we provide you also next to the pool a Barella relaxing bed with view to Marina of Gouvia and Corfu port.
On the downstairs floor (underground floor), there is another smaller 5th single or twin bedroom with own
bathroom, wash machine and some store rooms. In total the villa is about 350m2.
The 4 main bedrooms have A/C and Sat-Flat TV.
The villa provides free WiFi, 24 hours hot water, 3 times weekly maid service, garden and pool maintenance and around the property a protection with fence.
