A back door opens to the gardens. To the right, there is a convenient ground-floor bedroom with a dressing area and private shower room.

This is a private accommodation, and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. 1 bedroom conveniently located on the ground floor. There are no steps to reach the main house and the ground floor bedroom, but there is a staircase to the other 3 bedrooms. There are 2 steps down from dining and kitchen to the lounge area. Parking is within the grounds and the gardens and parking are securely gated.
