Please note, as can be seen in the images, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area and sits in an elevated position. To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide alongside 51steps. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 84cm wide. From the ground floor to the poolside, there are 24 steps. The terrace is made up of crazy paving which can be uneven in places. Overall, there are lots of external steps, these can be seen in a number of the images. The ground floor twin bedroom has a door width of 78cm, whilst the shower room (left of the kitchen) has a door width of 68cm. There are 19 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 93cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 93cm wide.
