The front door has a width of 84cm. The door to the terrace is 84cm wide. There are 3 steps down to the pool area from the main door. Whilst there are a few steps around the villa grounds, the remaining terrace is flat, with lawn in places. The pool itself has step access. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor. There are 16 steps to the first floor where the bedroom door is 69cm wide, and the ensuite door is 65cm wide.
