Located in the South Shores gated community, this Executive style and modern beach villa is positioned in a culdesac, providing privacy for guests, yet within a short walk distance to central resort facilities including the main pool and reserve area. Ideal for a quick getaway for couples or family stay.
The villa itself features spacious and well-equipped living, dining and kitchen areas located on the lower level, which open out through bi-fold doors to verandah decking and a small lawn area. An ideal spot to relax and socialise and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Enjoy a barbecue at the villa or make use of the barbecue facilities in the South Shores reserve areas.
The villa has reverse cycle air conditioning and also a ceiling fan in the main living area.
An annexure at the top of the stairs provides a cosy nook and sitting area to read a book, watch the television or for kids to retreat. This leads through to the three bedrooms also on the upper level. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, ward robe access and its own ensuite. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom has a double trio bunk plus a single bunk bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have wardrobes and access to a large size bathroom with shower, basin and toilet facilities. A portacot is available if required.
Within the villa community, make use of the 2 swimming pools, grassed reserves with barbecues, children’s playground, basketball/netball ring and bike track. Take advantage of direct access to the beautiful Normanville beach via the boardwalk which can be accessed at the rear of the main reserve. Participate in the horse trails from the neighbouring property through South Shores and along the coastline.
Up to 2 cars may be parked at the villa behind the garage door (no access to the garage). Additional cars may be parked in designated parking zones within the Resort.
There is also much to enjoy within the broader Fleurieu Region, including the beautiful views along the Fleurieu coastline, through Inman Valley to Victor Harbor and the local winery regions. Experience the local Fleurieu cuisine and order in from the many cafes and businesses offering takeaway food if you don’t feel like cooking!
