Located in the secure gated community of the South Shores Resort at Lady Bay, it is a great holiday destination with direct access to the Normanville beach and picturesque countryside surrounds – a unique opportunity catering well for those romantic getaways and for family fun.
The villa is superb and has reverse cycle airconditioning throughout and some ceiling fans. The upper level features spacious living and dining areas in open planning style and well equipped kitchen facilities, including coffee station with Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Machine (please bring your own pods). Walking through the bi-fold doors from the living area, an additional option is to dine, entertain and barbecue outdoors on the upper balcony level, overlooking the tree lined and landscaped garden stretching between the 2 communal swimming pools.
The master bedroom on the upper level is a generous size and has an ensuite with separate bath and shower. There is also a separate powder room on this level with access from the main living areas and a separate laundry area for your convenience. The 2 additional bedrooms are located on the lower level, with access to a large second bathroom.
Have some fun with a game of table tennis in the garage. From the lower level outdoor deck, take a stroll along the meandering garden or step out to the main pool only a short distance away. Take advantage of other resort facilities which include a second covered communal pool, basketball ring, bike track and children’s playground area. From the rear of the premises, access the beach via the board walk. If you wish to explore further afield, visit the many attractions in the Fleurieu region including varied sporting activities, fine food, great local wineries, arts and crafts and a variety of festival, show and market events.
