We have transformed our former 8-desk architecture studio into a spacious two-bedroom short-stay accommodation, comfortably hosting up to four guests. The generous ground-floor spaces are adorned with artworks and design classics. We've also included two active, plug-and-play individual workstations with complimentary internet access, ideal for guests visiting for work. Twenty Eleven is a completely separate and secure space with private access.
Upon entering through a large pivot door, you'll find a foyer that also features a plug-and-play work desk.
Twenty Eleven offers two comfortable queen bedroom suites. Bed Suite 1 includes a queen bed, a wardrobe, a leather recliner, a three-seat couch, and a dedicated plug-and-play desk for work. For evening relaxation, a selection of novels is provided. Bed Suite 2 features a comfortable queen bed with hanging and storage space.
The comfortable and serene living area seamlessly opens onto a bamboo-screened Japanese courtyard. This space showcases unique original artworks, a plush three-seater couch, and a Sawtell Cinema chair, perfect for viewing the LG 65-inch OLED TV.
The dining area features a large glossy table with four rolling chairs. The well-equipped strip kitchenette includes an induction cooktop, a combo microwave and oven, an air fryer, a boiling/filtered water unit, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and a fridge freezer.
We are committed to environmental responsibility, with solar-powered in-slab heated floors for winter and solar plenum air conditioning for summer. Our hot water is also solar powered. Additionally we have an air filter system.
