Summary: The Unit needs some TLC.Curtains off track,needs to be adjusted.Weeds need to be removed from Balcony,and Shade Umbrella added.Also when you arrive instead of driving around and around the Unit needs to be allocated a Parking Space as J do know what they pay inHOA fees.
