Positive: Very nice apartment with sea view (room 2 on the upper floor), few meters from the beach. It was very clean and equipped. e.g. coffee machine, toaster, I also highly value the small things that were provided, hotel slippers, beach umbrella in wardrobe, samples of sun cream and toothpaste. Outside is even water hose, so you can easily wash sea shoes. to the location - if you stay on main beach you have bars and drinks and beach beds. If you walk few minutes along the beach, you will find a spots where you will be completely alone. There is enough material on the natural beach so you can even build your own sun shelter from bamboo sticks and blanket if you like :) There is no reasonable market within walking distance, but Lidl is 12minutes from there by car or motorbike. Don't expect top luxury apartment, but being 3rd time to Corfu on reasonable budget for normal people, this was the best booking (value for money around 70e/night, week before arrival) we ever had.
