Positive: The studio is in a very convenient location – close to both the beach and the center of Keramoti. It was extremely clean and well-maintained. The host, Julia, and her son were very kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay feel personal and pleasant.

Negative: The studio is on the ground floor and lacks privacy – people walking on the street can easily see inside. It was also quite noisy: from passing cars, from neighbors (one night there was loud music until 2 a.m.), and the next night from a beach bar that had a party until 4 a.m. This made it difficult to rest, and we decided to leave earlier than planned, even though we had booked one more night. The description says the room has a sea view, but in reality, the sea cannot be seen from it.
