Amaroo House is the perfect holiday home for large families or two families traveling together. This spacious home is just a short distance from all Point Lookout beaches and offers a relaxing retreat with a large upper deck overlooking tranquil bushland.
The upper level features a master bedroom with a Queen bed and ensuite, two bedrooms with two singles each, a large kitchen, and a lounge/entertainment area. There are also two bathrooms, including one with a bathtub, perfect for families.
The lower level offers a second master bedroom with a Queen bed, an additional bedroom with two singles, and a lounge/entertainment area — ideal for giving everyone their own space.
This home includes five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas, and an extra kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, two fridges, and a Nespresso coffee machine (bring your own pods). Guests can enjoy two TVs and a DVD player for entertainment.

Summary: Great location, excellent property. Good communication from the agent.Wifi would be a great be addition. I appreciate it wasn’t in the listing but it’s so normal now I think maybe this should be pointed out more prominently in the listing. Also dropping the key back to the agent seems an extra task when trying to vacate and get to a ferry. Would seem this is for the convenience of the agent when easiest for the customer would be to leave it in the lock box on the property.
