On the ground floor of the two store villa there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with queen beds (160*200) and wardrobes and a bath with bath tub, washing machine and cloth dryer. On this floor there is a spacious dining area and a living room with rooftop fans, fireplace (decorative), 55’’ smart Tv with Satellite connection channels ,Netflix connection and access to a terrace furnished with a seating area. Closed to the living room there is a specially constructed space for gymnastics with multiple fitness equipment.
The kitchen is set near the dining area, offers all the appropriate facilities for its guests like microwave, espresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven and hobs, refrigerator-freezer, extra dining table etc. Here is also another quiet, relaxing corner with a comfortable modern sofa and fireplace.
Interior wooden staircases lead to the upper floor where are set the other four air-conditioned bedrooms. On the right side there are two bedrooms with queen beds (160*200) and storage spaces. Closed to these bedrooms are another bedroom with two single beds (90*190) and a very spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub that can be shared between them. A little further on the left side there is a fourth bedroom with double bed (150*200) and an en-suite spacious shower. This bedroom has access to a lovely furnished balcony overlooking the neighborhood.
