Positive: Breakfast was personalised and had good variety. Staff like Syarif and Diyan were excellent ambassadors for the hotel. All guest needs are attended to immediately with full satisfaction. The SPA was excellent.

Negative: Perhaps have breakfast in different restaurants for better variety experience.

Summary: Totally loved our stay here in Qunci. Will definitely come back again soon.
