Positive: Location, amenities & the friendly staff

Negative: One of the beds I checked was not cleaned properly before I arrived. Even though the sheets were clean, the mattress protector had hair all over it, before I slept in it. The same bed’s pillow had smells on it and I had to use a hand towel over it to sleep at night.
