Blue Marine is in Maho (Dutch St. Maarten) with views of the ocean and lagoon. You are just a short walk to beautiful Mullet Bay Beach, or Maho Beach to watch the planes fly in over your head. It is a short boat/ferry trip to some of the neighboring islands of Anguilla, St. Barth, or Saba.
Maho offers many conveniences with the proximity to groceries, duty free shopping, restaurants galore, casinos with slots and gaming tables, Mullet Bay golf course and nightclubs just a few minutes walk away. You are a short drive to either Phillipsburg to see the cruise ships or enjoy the plentiful shopping or Marigot (French St. Martin) to enjoy the wonderful restaurants, shopping and to the many beaches on the island. Enjoy the wonderful uniqueness of dual cultures on the Dutch and French sides. it is easy to drive around the island to explore and enjoy the many beaches and the wonderful cuisine.
Our private condo has been completely renovated with all new furniture, appliances, bathroom tiling, vanities and all household goods since Hurricane Irma. We are located on the ground floor with a large patio and conveniently just above the spacious pool area. It is also very easy access to the parking area without the inconvenience of stairs or elevator. Quality is found throughout this air conditioned two bedroom two bathroom unit with quartz counters and kitchen island with ceramic tile flooring. Upgraded stainless kitchen appliances including a double oven. The kitchen is well equipped if you wish to cook.. The condo is spacious with the open living /dining/kitchen area. Large patio doors provide quick access to the terrace. Each bedroom and the living area have ceiling fans and large 4k Smart TV's. The newly tiled showers have a heavenly “rainshower” style shower head which is wonderfully relaxing! The Master Bathroom also provides a large Jacuzzi/spa tub for your enjoyment. We are still in the process of decorating and painting but welcome our guests to enjoy our newly furnished condo.
While the nightlife, casinos are a short distance, you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings at Blue Marine with 24 hour security. The complex does have a backup generator to ensure power is available.
