Our new luxury Villa is located in northern Corfu in the peaceful area of Almyros, close to the resort of Acharavi. It is only 450 meters from the long and virgin beach in the middle of a large (1.400 sq mt ) well-landscaped garden.
The villa consists of two levels with an indoor staircase. On the ground floor, there is 1 en-suite, spacious bedroom with veranda and window as well as a fully equipped kitchen with the dining and seating area. On the first floor, there are the other 2 bedrooms sharing a large bathroom. From the balcony, you have some lovely sea views overlooking at the same time the pool and the beautiful garden. Right next to the pool is the large BBQ patio with outdoor dining.
For those who love sports, the area is ideal for jogging, cycling, and swimming in the beautiful green nature!! The resort of Acharavi, the 'capital of Northern Corfu', is less than a 1km away where you can dine, shop at the local stores or simply have fun day and night.
The nearest resort Acharavi is a busy and lively resort set on the North coast of Corfu, boasting something for everyone. It is not just a family resort, it is the centre of the North of the island and many of the local people visit Acharavi on a regular basis as there is a post office, a dentist and doctors and all the facilities are found in a modern place. Acharavi has plenty of Tavernas and bars, and an excellent, long, sandy beach. Behind the resort, Pantokrator mountain is set in the hills with excellent walking paths. There are also several picturesque mountain villages including Petaleia, Ano Peritheia and Lafki. At the western edge of the municipality is the Antinioti Lagoon.
Little streets run off the road down to the beach, where you will find many of the beach Tavernas and bars. The next resort Roda (an old fishing village) shares also the 5 km long sandy beach of Acharavi and has a wide choice of Greek, English and Italian restaurants as well as all kinds of shops. On the long beach, you can find all kinds of water sports and activities for all kinds of interests. Just in 20 minutes of driving, you can find the famous “canale d’amour” in Sidari village from one side towards Italy, and Kassiopi with a picturesque small port from the other side towards the mainland.
