Therefore the maximum peace, privacy and space are guaranteed. The property is located on one floor (ground) and comprises a well equipped kitchenette with dining area, 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin) overlooking the garden and opening straight to the private balconies, and a large family shower room. The apartment is air-conditioned (included in the rental price) and has been cheerfully, modernly finished to provide a superior holiday experience. A shared laundry area is available on the premises, at a small extra charge (euros 5 per washing, including soap, payable locally).Outside, the property is surrounded by amazing manicured gardens with lawn, tall trees, chill-out areas and hammocks. It is a truly amazing place to relax after a long day on the beach or by the pool. A brick-built barbecue is also provided for delicious charcoal grilled meals. Guests have free access to the swimming pool located next to the garden, which also has a pool bar open during the summer months and features a children section, free sunbeds and shades. Please note that the swimming pool is not part of the complex, is independently run and our guests have free access to it. The pool opens from the first week of May until the last week of October.
