A flat natural plot with a large, shady cork oak, Mediterranean plants and trees surrounds the house. Functionally furnished detached house on a large, enclosed garden plot with a sea view. The living/dining room with open-plan kitchen area (renovated in 2022) leads directly onto the front, covered, open terrace and the garden. To one side of the living/dining room is a front bedroom with direct access to the front terrace. On the other side, a small hallway leads to two further bedrooms and the bathroom. One of the two bedrooms has direct access to the covered terrace at the side.
