Summary: We liked how close this property was to the Acropolis and nice restaurants, all with a 30 minute wall or less. However, when our Uber driver dropped us off he warned us not to go out at night because it was not a safe area. On our walks, we saw a lot of things that told us that was probably pretty accurate. The libby of the hotel was pretty nice. You could get specialty coffes, tea, pastries, etc. at the counter and there was a nice vending machine with drinks and foods, more than just snack food for cheap. Our room, however, was pretty gross. It wreaked of cigarette smoke and the smell stuck to our clothes and followed us for the rest of our vacation to the other places we stayed. It was disgusting. And it wasn't very clean either. On top of that, the bed was like sleeping on a very thin rock. Not enjoyable. Plus, there os a ton of noise in the area and the rooms do not block out sound at all. We would not stay here again.
