The holiday house is about 400 metres outside of Neohoraki, in the midst of numerous olive trees to the right and left of the road with little traffic in the direction of Petriti.
The holiday house is especially suitable for families or elderly people who would like a quiet and relaxing holiday, or would like hiking, cycling, sunshine and the beach. It provides around 130m² of living space and consists of a fully-equipped kitchen unit with an oven, stove, coffee machine, microwave and all the necessary utensils, a living room with a dining space with a table for six people. The ground floor has two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed, the upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. The bathrooms provide a modern shower and a washing machine. Wireless Internet access is available. The beds measure 140 x 200cm. Heating, a fireplace and electric radiators, as well as air conditioning, are provided.
The terraces are about 10 metres long and 2.5 metres wide and provide ample terrace furniture. The pool of 8 x 4 metres with sun loungers promises fun and cooling off on hot summer days. Please note that the pool is only open from 01.05. until October 31 is in operation. The house is fenced and is in very beautiful, rural surroundings. There are two car parking spaces on site. It is ideal for families with or without pets, who do not like hotels, and there are no disturbing neighbours.
Nearby there are many little towns with shopping facilities, and larger supermarkets are about 2-3km away. Petriti is a little fishing village with some gastronomic establishments. Some of the restaurants are by the sea, with a beautiful view of the sea. The village has a little fishing harbour, a beautiful sandy beach where it is also suitable for small children to swim, just a few minutes away. Water sports enthusiasts will find all kinds of water sports about 6km away.
