A large, fully equipped, modern house on a 2,500 m2 plot, on a quiet hilltop with amazing views of the sea and mountains and sunsets. Within walking distance of a very interesting village and less than 10 minutes by car to the beaches.

The location is private, quiet and serene surrounded by cypress and carob trees. Many of the Cretan wild herbs are present in the gardens. The natural environment is impressive.

The Village of Vamos is within 20 minutes walking distance from the house. It is one of the most famous and beautiful villages of Crete. It has a rich history and its traditional architecture is of great interest. The Village is full of life in the Summer months with several very good taverns, bars, cafes as well as minimarkets. There is a jazz festival in July which draws people from all over Crete.

The Villa is near several beaches, the nearest being Kalyves Beach. Others are at Almyrida, Kera and Georgioupolis. From the Villa, the National Highway is only minutes away by car. Travel to other parts of Crete is very easy for day trips.
