Positive: Great large living space, comfortable double beds, very clean, kitchen very well equipped, easy to cook full meals, loads of storage space for food, dishwasher & washing machine. Safe private parking, the outdoor seating & eating area was very spacious & comfortable. The pool area was lovely, clean tidy, close by and very well managed, the rubbish point was close by and everything recycled. There is a small supermarket/shop 2/3 minutes walk that sold necessities and fresh pastries. Supermarkets a 5/10 minute drive and if no car taxis are easy to order and affordable. A pleasant 15 minute walk to the Marina and train station, 20 mins to the old town.

Negative: It was quite near to the road into Lagos at the front of the complex so not the most private outdoor space. Would be better if the plants/hedge screen were improved/maintained & grew giving you the intended privacy. The 3rd bedroom is a study/office type room with a chairbed & desk and no air con, my son had to sleep with his door open to benefit from the air con in the lounge. Minor grumble but we booked it as a 3 bedroom for 5 adults so was a little dissatisfied with his room compared to the other 2. The chairbed was comfortable but nowhere to put belongings or hang clothes, he had to use the other bedrooms and his luggage so not ideal. There was no drawer storage for clothes/belongings in any of the bedrooms so we also stored non hanging clothes items in our luggage. Just a set of drawers would be a great addition to each bedroom

Summary: I would stay on this complex, in this area and in Lagos again but perhaps select a different apartment for our needs.
