This lovely 3 bedroom villa is located in the popular seaside town of Carvoeiro only a 10 minute walk from the town centre and the beach.
The villa sits on a spacious plot with well tended gardens, a large swimming pool, outdoor shower and built in barbecue with adjoining seating area. It also offers a roof terrace.
All bathrooms and the kitchen have been recently renovated.
The house is equipped with free wi-fi and UK TV and a cot and highchair are available on request.
Carvoeiro is a charming town full of restaurants, shops, bars and at its centre sits a beautiful sandy beach. Boat trips that explore the coastline and its caves and grottos leave regularly from the beach. Also during the summer months (June – September), a stage is erected next to the beach in the square and live music is played every night.
The accommodation comprises of an open plan living / dining area which opens onto a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The house has three bedrooms, one double room and two twin rooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a guest WC.
Guests have full, private use of the entire property to include the living/dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, entrance hall, guest WC, driveway, garden and private swimming pool.

The villa is within walking distance of Carvoeiro centre. There is a taxi rank in the town and the central taxi number is provided in the house information book. Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax.
