This 3 bedroom luxury villa has two large master suites with king size beds, sitting areas and large bathrooms with jetted tubs. The guest room has two queen beds with a bathroom. The great room has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, dining room and a beautifully furnished living room with a large flat panel TV. The fourth full bath is off the great room. All rooms have 42' flat panel TV's. The balcony is a true 'ocean view' balcony that stretches across all the bedrooms and includes a wet bar and refrigerator. The Villa is on the fourth floor and has free wireless internet access.
The La Estancia facility includes a fully equipped fitness center, concierge services, and the excellent La Casona restaurant. The site has an excellent full service spa, tennis courts, and market.
