Goolwa has so much to offer between the beach, the lakes and the Coorong The Space: A substantial home on approx 700sqm of land offering fully fenced rear yard for the dogs and a large rear deck for entertaining. The house itself features exceptional open family living, kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher, dining area, 3 large bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with sofa bed or second living area for the kids. Three way bathroom with separate vanity and ensure bathroom to the master bedroom. Separate laundry, easy care timber laminate flooring and reverse cycle air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are included for the two queen beds and four single beds. Please bring your own bedding for the futon sofa bed. Strictly no smoking anywhere at the property.
