Capturing uninterrupted views of Mount Coolum, this gorgeous modern residence promises idyllic coastal living for you to enjoy with your loved ones (pets included). Please note that the yard is not fully fenced… there is a large enclosed balcony upstairs for your pet. There’s four spacious bedrooms, fitted with ceiling fans and high quality linens. The master suite offers a walk-in, full ensuite and a private balcony. Create delicious meals in a sleek kitchen that showcases marble bench tops, gas cooking and top of the range appliances. Shake up some drinks at the pool to enjoy by the pool.
This home is ultra spacious with all bedrooms and facilities in the house at your disposal. All amenities are available for you to enjoy during your stay, including the community BBQ areas, tennis courts and pools. You’ll have exclusive access to the property and community facilities except the garage will remain locked at all time.
You’ll find cups, glasses, plates, pots and pans all available in the kitchen. You’ll find most if not all general kitchen items stocked in the home. There is complimentary coffee and tea located near the coffee machine and staple cooking ingredients such as oil and salt in the pantry.
The washing machines are available for you to use, including washing powder in the nearby cupboard. Included in the laundry is also an iron, ironing board and vacuum. There are apps available on the TV for any streaming purposes.
The only housekeeping requests are that guests use the coasters provided when placing drinks on the dining table and not to wear shoes or allow your pets on the carpet.
