The flat is located in the heart of the historic centre of Rouen. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, La Bohème (once the oldest dance hall in Europe), restaurants and bars. As a result, there may be some noise pollution in the evenings.

With its extraordinary architectural and religious heritage, it's no surprise that it has been awarded the Ville d'Art et d'Histoire (City of Art and History) label! It's a great idea to stroll through the picturesque old town, with its cobbled streets lined with ancient half-timbered houses. As you walk, you'll come across extraordinary monuments such as Notre-Dame Cathedral, a masterpiece of Gothic art built in the 12th century. It was built on the foundations of a 4th-century edifice that still houses the bishopric and the tombs of the Dukes of Normandy. At 151 metres high, its spire is the tallest in France!
