Welcome to Alta Vista! An 8 bedroom abode just steps away from the idyllic white sandy beach and beautiful tranquil turquoise water! The moment you enter into the common areas ( kitchen, dining and living room) of the villa you will experience captivating and enchanting views of the turquoise Caribbean sea! Alta Vista features 8 suites each with its own large private bathroom. Some of these bathrooms are comprised of both showers and bathtubs. There are 4 large king suites each with one king size bed. The remainder of the bedrooms consist of 4 double bed suites, each with 2 double size beds.
Alta Vista boasts a large size kitchen and open living and dining area that welcomes your entire group to commune in one area, eat, relax, watch some TV after a day of sun and sand, or just remain mesmerized by the captivating ocean views!
Alta Vista is equipped with two outdoor living and dining areas. One in the bottom level courtyard and the second on top of the roof terrace that is also equipped with a large infinity plunge pool. These great areas of the home invites you to plan a group event such as an afternoon lunch or an evening BBQ under the starry sky.
This property includes a full time cook to prepare breakfast (cost of ingredients additional) for the group, making it seamless to enjoy meals with your group in the comfort of your own private luxury villa.
Every guest of Maya Luxe is assigned an on-site personal concierge that has in depth knowledge and expansive networks in the local area. Your personal concierge will assist all your pre-arrival details from organizing airport transfers, pre-stocking your villa's fridge with your favorite goodies, to organizing tours and activities, spa services, making dinner arrangements, etc. Upon arriving to your Riviera Maya destination, your personal concierge will be eagerly waiting your arrival at the villa or boutique hotel to personally meet and greet you.
Located just south of Playa del Carmen, Playacar Phase I is a gated community of prestigious homes along a stretch of beautiful white sand beach. Playacar Phase I is ideally located only a short stroll from the bustling pedestrian walkway La Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue) where you will discover an abundance of great shopping, fine dining and an ample variety of hotspots and fun bars. Take a quick road or boat trip and you will also find ancient Mayan ruins, crystal clear cenotes, and the beautiful coral reef of the island, Cozumel.
Getting Around: In addition to the proximity to the beach, Alta Vista is located only 12 minutes walking to distance to town or most specifically to La Quinta's (5th Avenue), restaurant, shopping and nightlife district! It is not necessary to rent a car since just about everything is within walking distance. Taxis from the local town of Playa del Carmen are readily available for any outings. Daily transportation and excursions can be arranged through your personal 24/7 concierge.
