Located 15 km from Sarlat, a medieval town with exceptional heritage, and close to numerous tourist attractions such as the Château de Beynac, the Château de Castelnaud, the Vézère Valley, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, and Lascaux, the property is situated on the D61, 3 km from the quarry.
You can enjoy pleasant views of the countryside and a natural setting. A private, covered, saltwater swimming pool, measuring 8.75m x 4.05m with a depth ranging from 1.10m to 1.60m, is open year-round. It is heated only from late April to early October.
