Wow, this property presents in a stunning location amidst the magnificent Otway National Park, just a 12 minute drive to Apollo Bay and a 10 minute drive to Marriners Falls. The property is nestled amongst a pristine backdrop of lush green, on 5 acres of land.
One of the key features of the property is the enticing Barham River which meanders along and around the property. Here you can fish for Trout or simply totally relax with a picnic and a glass of wine on the river bank with family/friends. The people who have had the occasion to visit this property have loved it, it really is a destination you have to experience.
As previously mentioned, a short 10 minute drive will see you at the walking track that meanders and criss-crosses along the river through the Otway Forest where you can enjoy the natural pristine setting that is the Otways, culminating at the stunning Marriner's Falls.

Please note: There is no TV reception in this part of the Otways but, you are provided with a selection of DVDs, more importantly, please enjoy the beautiful, relaxing environment this property offers from Waterfalls, the Barham River (don't forget the Trout), the magnificent Otway Ranges and the surrounding pristine environment.
