Positive: The view was to die for and the location was perfect for us. The small amount of interactions we had with hotel staff, they were very helpful and friendly.

Negative: Upon arrival, the keys were not where they were supposed to be at the agreed check-in time, we paid extra for parking at the hotel and there was no communication as to what carpark we were in. After arriving in the room, it was very dirty, although after finally getting a-hold of them, they did get someone to come back the following day to mop the floors - but was still very dirty. Washing machine was full of wet towels that still weren't dealt with when they came back to clean. We ended up re-washing everything in there, as it would've stunk after a week. When we arrived, there was no toilet paper, no bath mat, no tea towels or anything to wash up (we ended up going and purchasing these items so we had them). Photo's from the website showed a bath tub in the property, however, when we got there, there was no bath, which was one of the main reasons we booked this location so we could soak, which was disappointing. It looked like there had been a dog in the property before us, which wasn't an issue as we are animal people, however the sun lounge/futon in the veranda area, was covered in sand and dog hair. The bedding in the main bedroom, had a number of stains on the quilt and sheets, which we weren't impressed with and weren't comfortable sleeping on, so ended up washing them as well.

Summary: View and location amazing, not sure if we would book through them again
