Sleeping up to 10 people, this home is spacious and warm, perfect for a large family, smaller families or a group of friends/ couples. Located 5 minutes drive to Jindabyne town centre and 35 minutes to the snow fields, offering guests a quality and comfortable snow holiday. Both Bushwalking and MTB trails are easily accessible and within walking/biking distance from the property. There is a bike washing station located at the rear of the property with the addition of two keyed bike locks supplied for guest use at property. The house is situated in a quiet residential area and is best suited to those who are after a quiet and relaxing holiday. There is an abundance of accommodation located in town for those wishing to party. This is a NO smoking & NO pets property. If these rules are not adhered to security deposits will be forfeited. The entry level has a snow equipment storage area, laundry fitted with a washer & dryer, 3 bedrooms including a master with ensuite, and the main bathroom. Underfloor heating is in the tiled foyer areas downstairs and in both bathrooms. Upstairs boasts an open plan space including living area & a smart TV, dining, kitchen and deck with stunning westerly views of Lake Jindabyne and the mountain ranges, all heated by a reverse cycle unit. Bed 1 - Queen + ensuite + TV Bed 2 - Queen Bed 3 - 2x Tri Bunks (maximum weight on top bunk is 70kg & maximum weight on bottom bunk is 140kg). Kitchen is equipped with: Coffee pod machine, dishwasher, gas cook top, electric oven, crockery, cutlery, kids dinnerware & cups, pots, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge plus a BBQ and outdoor setting on the deck. Please note: a minimum of two night stay is required on weekends e.g. both Friday & Saturday nights. All guests are supplied with bedding and bathroom linen/ towels. Limited amenities such as toilet paper, kitchen essentials etc are supplied. Please bring your own if staying longer than 1 night. Parking: Car parking space for cars in the driveway, please do not park/block the driveway to houses next door on each side. There is a vacant block adjacent to the house if you require more parking. Our home is situated in a quiet residential area and is best suited to those who are after a quiet and relaxing holiday. There is an abundance of accommodation located in town for those wishing to party. Heating: The house has a central reverse cycle heating unit upstairs which you can switch on/off at your liking. Please do not leave the unit on overnight or while you are out. Underfloor heating on the tiled areas is set to come on and off at pre-set times of the day and night during winter, controls are not accessible by guests.
